In accordance with Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 156/2005), all service providers operating in Portugal are required to make a complaints book available to consumers. LIVIN'DOURO, operated by Livin' Easy Experiences, complies fully with this requirement.
Electronic Complaints Platform
Consumers may also submit complaints through the official Portuguese Complaints Book platform (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico). This is the official electronic complaints platform in Portugal, maintained by the Portuguese government, and allows consumers to submit and track complaints online.
